MINUTES OF MEETING

The general meeting was held on May 14 on line. Present were Angela, Janice and Lillian.

It was agreed that the next meeting will be in August.
We're expecting 20 students for Summer recital. 
Event dates were reviewed and confirmed.

Awards
Angela suggested that we give medals for points earned, because medals are cheaper than trophies.  Lillian rebutted that students work for trophies but not for medals.
Lillian suggested that we announce points earned at end of recitals for the purpose of public  recognition of work accomplished..

Notes
Lillian has updated the student event calendar with the fall event dates. It is in the website.
